Theater Doors: Theater doors typically open 30 minutes before the performance. The theater is located on level 3 of the West Concourse building.

Box Office: The Box Office is located in the lobby of the Linda Chapin Theater on level 3 and opens 1 hour prior to each performance.

General Parking: Follow signs to the "West Concourse" parking lot located at the back of the West Concourse building, parking is $10 per car for World Ballet Competition attendees

Valet Parking: Valet Park across the street at the Hyatt Regency Orlando and use the covered pedestrian walkway, parking fees apply.

Additional Parking Options: Park at the Hyatt Regency Orlando, Rosen Centre Hotel or Rosen Plaza Hotel and use the covered pedestrian walkway (up to 12 minutes walking time) to the Chapin Theater. Parking fees apply.

Directions: Take I-4 to SR 528 (Beeline Expressway newly renamed to Beachline Expressway). Take Exit 1 (International Drive). At end of exit ramp turn right. The Convention Center will be on the left across from the Hyatt Regency Orlando Hotel. The theater is located in the West Concourse on level 3.

Performance Run Time: 2 hours, including a 15 minute intermission.

A variety of snacks and drinks are available for purchase on Level 3 of the Linda Chapin Theater. Bar service is available beginning 90 minutes prior to the performance.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before showtime. We’re unable to provide refunds or exchanges for latecomers. Latecomers or guests who leave during a show will only be allowed into the theater at an appropriate time (i.e. a break between pieces or acts).
