Apply Now for the 2022 World Finals

Dancers, age 9-24, can apply for the 2022 World Ballet Competition in categories from Introductory to Professional (soloist), Ensemble and Choreography. Applications are accepted from November 1, 2021 through March 11, 2022 while spots and entries are available. Prizes include the $10,000 Grand Prix award which is open to all categories.

Judged by major international dance masters and artistic directors, the World Ballet Competition draws aspiring young dancers and professionals from around the globe to compete for more than $300,000 in cash prizes, scholarships, job contracts, and dance merchandise.

2021 Winners of the World Ballet Competition Finals

Congratulations to the winners of the 14th Annual World Ballet Competition held in Orlando, Florida from June 20-25, 2021! This edition attracted participants representing 20 countries and 26 states. Winning dancers were awarded more than $350,000 in scholarships, cash prizes, job contracts and dance apparel.

2021 Accepted Competitors

Congratulations to the following dancers who have been selected to compete in the 2021 World Ballet Competition! This year's 14th Annual World Finals will be held from June 20-25 at the Orange County Convention Center's Linda Chapin Theater in Orlando, Florida.

All Competition Rounds, Award Ceremony and Gala Performance are open for public viewing in person at the theater (Buy Competition Tickets Here • Buy Gala Tickets Here). All Competition Rounds and the Award Ceremony will also be broadcast live online at livestream.com/worldballetcompetition.

World Ballet Competition is back - and better than ever! Join us for the long awaited return of the WBC at the Orange County Convention Center’s Linda Chapin Theater!

The weeklong “Olympics of Dance” opens on Monday June 21 and offers attendees four days of intensely competitive and juried performances (Purchase Daily Round Tickets Here). The elite group of ballet dancers, representing 20 countries, will compete for more than $300K in scholarships, cash prizes and contract offers from dance companies around the world. Now in its 14th year, the World Ballet Competition continues to attract leading celebrities from the global dance industry while furthering the careers of future artistic talent worldwide.
