Who Will Win $3,000 Excellence Prize at WBC Open in Romania?
The World Ballet Competition is set to launch the first-ever regional version entiled "WBC OPEN". The competition will be held from July 6 - 9, 2012 in Sibiu, Romania. The new version includes a revamped set of categories, requirements, and rules (including new age requirements from 9 - 26 years old). The main question on everyone's mind is who will win the $3,000 (USD) Excellence Prize!
